Comté and fig summer rolls


The ingredients (for 10 rolls)

-10 pieces of round rice paper
-10 slices of coppa or prociutto
-8 figs
-1 tbs olive oil
-1 tbs balsamic vinegar
-10 basil leaves
-10 big salad leaves
-pesto (homemade is always better!)

The Recipe

1. Grate the cheese.
2. Peel the figs, crush them and mix them with the oil and vinegar.
3. Dip the first rice paper into a bowl with warm water, until it is soft (not too much).
4. Put it on a counter, then place the basil leaf, salad, pesto, ham, a tablespoon of fig and cheese.
5. Close of a 1/3 the down part, towards the top, then close half way the sides towards the middle (see picture). Roll it fermly.
